» Delaware will head to Richmond, Va. to open the outdoor season Friday at the Fred Hardy Invitational hosted by Richmond University.

» The last time the Blue Hens competed was to close out the indoor season at the three-day ECAC Championships (Mar. 4-6). Head coach Ryan Waite took 13 Blue Hen athletes to Boston University's Track and Tennis Center in Boston, Mass., where they rewrote the program's history books 10 times.

» A trio of new school records set by Aja Davis (7.57 in the 60m dash), Tina Capparell (9:32.18 in the 3000m run) and Susanna Weir (16:31.85 in the 5000m run) headlined the ECAC indoor championship.

» Halima Scott's qualifying time of 55.49 in the 400m dash preliminaries, is placed fourth in UD history while Jessica Harding's time of 2:11.88 in the 800m run makes her the No. 5 performer in school history.

» Alicia Lehman finished with 3047 points in the pentathlon while Roxanne Ramirez ran the mile in 4:55.21, where both marks that sits sixth in program history in their respective events.

» 38 Blue Hen athletes' will enter Friday's meet slated to compete in 17 events starting at 9:30 a.m.
