Men’s Basketball Hosts Towson

NEWARK, Del. – Delaware men's basketball (9-7, 1-2 CAA) hosts Towson (10-6, 2-1) for the first of two games this week and its first home game of the 2023 calendar year.

SCOUTING DELAWARE:

Delaware hung tough with #23/RV Charleston over the weekend but ultimately fell 75-64 on the road.
Jameer Nelson Jr. continues to lead the way in scoring for Delaware, coming into this matchup averaging 19.7 ppg and 5.1 rpg. Nelson did not play at Charleston.
Jyáre Davis has scored double figures in 29 of his last 30 games, with a game-high 18 at Charleston while also leading the team in rebounds and assists. He is averaging 16.7 ppg and 5.4 rpg.
